What is happening?
We are currently advertising for a new member of our clergy team to join us, taking specific responsibility for ministering within Hambledon village.

A key aspect of the role is that it is a ‘House for Duty’ role, which, in practice, means that the appointee will work Sunday plus two further days each week; and will be compensated for their ministry through receiving housing, but not a stipend.
To be blunt, Minster finances can’t currently support a full stipend for this role. We also believe that the role can be done effectively, making a real difference, in the time allotted; so long as the appointee is tightly focussed on ministry in Hambledon.
